This Non-Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Ajark IT Solutions for webinars, training programs, certification courses, and related services. By completing a payment through our website or authorized payment channels, the participant agrees to this policy.

Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made to Ajark IT Solutions are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Webinar registration fees
  • Course registration fees
  • Training program fees
  • Any promotional, discounted, or early-bird fees

No Refund Conditions

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Non-attendance of the webinar
  • Failure to join the course after registration
  • Delay in joining the course
  • Partial attendance or irregular participation
  • Discontinuation of the course midway
  • Personal, professional, medical, or technical reasons
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Internet, device, or connectivity issues at the participant's end

Course Duration & Certification

  • Course duration ranges between 45 to 60 days, depending on the program structure.
  • Certification will be provided only to participants who actively attend and complete the course.
  • Participants who fail to attend or participate throughout the course duration will not be eligible for certification, and no refund will be issued.

Payment Confirmation & Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring correct payment details before completing the transaction.
  • Ajark IT Solutions is not responsible for duplicate payments, incorrect payments, or payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
  • In case of duplicate payment due to a verified technical error, Ajark IT Solutions may review the issue at its sole discretion.

Transfer & Adjustment Policy

  • Payments are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any other program, service, or future batch.
  • No fee adjustments, credits, or rollovers will be permitted.

Acceptance of Policy

By proceeding with payment, the participant acknowledges that they have:

  • Read and understood the Refund Policy
  • Agreed to all terms stated herein

This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the participant and Ajark IT Solutions.
